This is a part from Alejandro Sanz- Corazón Partío

Note: I know that partío is really partído.

¿Quién me va a entregar sus emociones?
¿Quién me va a pedir que nunca le abandone?
¿Quién me tapará esta noche si hace frío?
¿Quién me va a curar el corazón partío?
¿Quién llenará de primaveras este enero,
y bajará la luna para que juguemos?
Dime, si tú te vas, dime cariño mío,
¿quién me va a curar el corazón partío'

Actually, as a matter of fact, it has become a custom not to pronounce the d in participles (sic).

Oh. Thank you. I didn't realize they were writing them as they are pronounced. I've heard of the peninsular dropping of d's.

Since you mentioned about partío being partído could you contrast the two different usages from a grammar viewpoint?

Tiritas pa(para) este corazón partío.
Tiritas pa este corazón partío

(I don't recognize the word partío, not partió. nor partído. Are they both a misspelling of partido or what')

Hi quen, es, they are. these words only exist in colloquial speach, same as pa.

Actually, as a matter of fact, it has become a custom not to pronounce the d in participles (sic).

so

andado = andao
repetido= repetío
dado= dao

This is almost always done in ado endings, but you can hear it with ido endings too.

Who's going to surrender their emotions?
Who's going to ask me that I never leave.
Who will warm my heart in a wintry night?
Who will mend this broken heart?
Who will bring me Spring in January?
And bring the Moon within our grasp?
Can you tell me sweetheart?
Who will mend my broken heart'

Not an exact translation but one which I think gives a close meaning.

Who is going to surrender their emotions to me
who is going to plead my case, to never abandon him
if it is cold tonight, who is going to keep me warm
who is going to cure my broken heart
who is going to fill January with primroses
and make the moon set so we can play
tell me, if you go away, tell me my love
who is going to cure my broken heart.
