Hello, Jorge. I would suggest that you elaborate a little more and state what method of exchange that you wish to use: writing (email, IM), conversation (chat room, video/audio IM, Skype, etc.) or any and all forms available.
I personally feel comfortable writing in Spanish, but can not converse in it (yet). Therefore, I wouldn't waste someone's time that wished to converse in Spanish/English. Just a friendly suggestion. Buena suerte.
