La palabra río significa I laugh (at), además de river. Es un juego de palabras como ya se mencionó.

We'd say "encontrarle sentido a algo", "buscarle una explicación a algo" and similar things.

"Brasil" is written with S, and Río de Janeiro is not the capital of Brazil.
