Maná - ¿Dónde Jugarán los Niños?
Hello, this is my first time on the site.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a full Spanish -> English translation of the lyrics for ¿Dónde Jugarán los Niños? by Maná. I get some of the basics, but a direct translation would help me better understand.
Thanks.

Thanks for translation, it helped me understand it a bit more. Though, if you or anyone else wouldn't mind wording it how it would be said more fluently in English, it would be greatly appreciated.
This is a more direct translation of the song:
The grandparent tells an account of when he was a boy
He played
Between the trees and laughter
And the bills (Faces) of color
Recalling a transparent river of smell
Where Fish abounded and not suffered
Nor pain
The grandfather tells of a very blue sky
Where he flew kites that he also constructed
The time passed and our old man died
And today I asked after so much destruction
Where the hell will the children play?
Ay Ay Ay! Where will they play?
The world is rotting
And now there is no place
The earth is about it split in two
The sky has already broken, has already broken
The cry is grey (solemn)
The sea vomits rivers of oil (Gasoline)
Without stopping
And today I asked after so much destruction
Where the hell will the little children play?
Ay Ay Ay! Where will they play?
The world is falling apart
And now there is no place (for them to play)
'Where the hell will the little children play'? I think this actually translates to something more like Where in hell will the little children play, but anyway.

do you want a direct translation, or one that is more like how it would be said in English'
