How do I get a native speaker to have a conversation with me?
I don't mean how do I start the conversation, I mean how do I find a native speaker that will put up with my terrible Spanish grammar and also correct me? Going out and finding one isn't really an option. I already read and listen and watch things in Spanish, but I still need help with speaking skills. Is there like a pen pal system or something I can use?

i think it's "habla español'" formal setting or "hablas español" for informal setting,
hablo español means I speak spanish
but I usually ask them in English first, "do you speak Spanish'"

Just go to our chat rooms, especially the video chat room, some times native speakers, as myself, chat there. You don't need a webcam, just need speakers or headphones (I recomend this option to avoid echo) and, of course a mic.
Proceed to amy mexican village on the map,
rent a bedroom with a family, talk with children.
I had the same question & a lady from Costa Rica suggested I take an English as a Second Language (ESL) class at the college. She said the native Spanish speakers in the class will be very happy to learn English from you as well as teach you Spanish. I thought it was an excellent idea, but I haven't done it yet...=)

Try searching for "language exchange" in Google, and you'll find lots of communities where the system is that two people with different languages learn from each other, using a variety of means.
