I'm wondering how to say field staff; the reference is to field staff in a psychological clinic. I'm not sure if personal is sufficient or if it needs to be more specific. I'm actually not sure what field staff refers to.

Thanks. I was wondering that. I also think of field staff as those in the field, which may be obvious, but I tend to think of it as foreman of a construction crew. But, I think you're right.

Field staff usually means employees who work outside of the office. In this case, they probably are in charge of cases, whom they visit for care or evaluation.

"Personal de campo" is one possibility.
