If I need to add an adjective that usually goes after a noun, to a compound noun does it go after the first or second noun? I need to translate "Nazi labour camp" and the online translator came up with "campo de trabajo nazi" and campamento nazi de trabajo". Which alternative is correct please'

I recommend "campo de trabajo nazi." "Campo de trabajo" is kind of like a unit here, so that unit is modified by the adjective nazi. And that is generally what decides the order of nominal adjectives. That is, which are more closely associated.

"Campo de concentración nazi" is the more common phrase.
