"Which floor" would be "¿Qué piso'""Es como se puede'" isn't really related to "Como puedo ayudarle'" What do you want to say in English'"How can I help you'" would be "Cómo puedo ayudarle'" or "¿En qué le puedo ayudar'" or "En qué le puedo servir'"

Why wouldn't it be 'cual piso'?
In Spain it is never used, and it feels completely wrong to our ears, because we only use it as an interrogative pronoun, but in America is more common, and grammatically it is correct, since it can also be used as an interrogative adjective (instead of "qué"). "¿Qué piso'", on the other hand, is considered correct everywhere.

You could say "Cuál es (el número de) tu piso" (that is, with the verb ser), but to say "which thing ..." (that is, which+noun), we usually use qué.
¿En qué piso vives?
¿A qué piso van'
could you say cual piso '
