These premises are under video surveillance

These premises are under video surveillance

I need an accurate translation for creating some signage outside our facility. Most translators are severly inadequate and offensive in creating translations for these terms. I want to ensure I have signage that translates not only literally, but with the same cultural meaning and proper terminology.

The phrases I am looking to translate are as follows;

Warning! These premises under video surveillance.

No Dumping! Viloators will be prosecuted!

The las tspanish translation I got online ended up stating

No Unloading! They will process the rapists!

Not acceptable and I am in dire need of some accurate translation.

Thank you

Did you read the 2nd link that I posted in my reply?

They were having a little fun at the poster's expense. He wrote ""no dumping violators will be prosecuted" using improper punctuation that changed the meaning entirely. So that is what they translated instead of : No dumping! Violators will be prosecuted. However, they also included examples of the correct interpretation. Even if you don't agree with their exact wording they do provide the words for violators, prosecuted, dumping, etc.

This is what I came up with after fine tuning the english verbage to translate better. Any input is greatly appreciated.Any person observed dumping garbage on this property will be jailed.(This probably shoud read prosecuted rather than jailed, but I am unable to find a translation that conveys that we will have violators arrested.)CUALQUIER PERSONA OBSERVÿ DUMPING BASURA EN ESTA PROPIEDAD SERÁ ENCARCELADA

Thank you for the accurate security translation. My second translation I am having more difficulty with. Our english signage reads

Warning! No Dumping! Violators will be prosecuted!

I am unsure if this is the proper way to begin translating this though as I may need to use different english terminology in order to get an accurate spanish translation.

Sentences I have used are

Anyone observed depositing trash in the dumpster will be jailed!

Any person observed dumping will be prosecuted!

I just want to accurately convey that our company will prosecute anyone we catch dumping their garbage in our dumpster.

Regretfully I omitted the online "machine" description of the faulty translation accusation. In my experience these types of online and computer based translations just fail to take into account the human aspect of language. I just want to have that extra insight that is sorely missing from these services.

Thanks for clarification!

As a translator myself, I wish you would say "machine translation." Unless you really do mean translators, in which case I have an even bigger bone to pick with you...
