How do I say "seating of" - she has "asiento de la madre de la novia" but I don't think that's right

i had absolutely no idea...and i'm american lol i guess that'll teach me to comment on "foreign" subjects lol

I guess, if I misinterpreted "seating of" i haven't been to a wedding in awhile...my bad
