correcto o corregido
I needed the past participle for corregir for a letter so I could say: the first part has been corrected. I looked it up just in case and found correcto in th site's conjugator. my wife saw the sentence and said "that should be corregido." That sounded better to me also, so I checked the WR conjugator and got correcto and corregido, but no explanation why there were two words where they usually list only one. What gives anyhoo'

As a verb, it must be "corregido", so it must be "ha sido corregido" (although you better say "Se ha corregido...").
The word "correcto" is an adjective, but it cannot be used as a verb: Tu frase es correcta. Has tomado la decisión correcta.
