The RAE stands for Real Academia Española, and it is an institution founded in the 18th century to regulate spelling and advice about grammar. Recently, they joined forces with "Academies" other 22 countries (Mexico, USA, Colombia, Argentina,...) to provide a common standard for all countries.

In their web page (http://buscon.rae.es/draeI/) you can check up any word (in Spanish only), and get the correct full conjugation of over 10,000 Spanish verbs.
