Hometown group day in my life

OK, We now have two "day in the life" contributions in the In My Hometown group. Now we need some critiques. Harry and I have read each other's, and Eddy has provided some corrections on mine. I would correct Harry's, but that would be no favor to him, and until He does something to p''' me off, I don't think I should try to correct his Spanish. It would be sort of like the blind leading the myopic. If there are any native speakers or fluent non;natives who are looking for something to do, come join the group
