Which is the most acceptable form of "I Miss You"? >>......Te Extrano o Te Echo de Menos?

Last note: it should be "Te extraño", with "e" in lower case, and "ñ".

Acceptable? Both are acceptable. "Te extraño" is widely used in Latin America, but hardly ever in Spain. "Echar de menos" is used everywhere, but maybe it may not be as frequent as "Te extraño" in some countries.
By the way, I know that it is not easy for some people to type the ñ and other non-English symbols, but n and ñ are different letters, and using one instead of another can lead to some unexpected changes. E.g. "enseñar" = "to teach", "ensenar" = "to hide in one's breasts".
