Translate: "you warm my heart"

I am looking for the equivalent expresssion in spanish. This expression would be used in Spain as opposed to Mexico or Latin America.

There's not an exact equivalent expression in Spanish to this one. The word by word translation won't make any sense either.
The examples I gave you are just some expressions with similar meaning.

das calor a mi corazón.

Te llevo en mi corazón

tú me llegas al corazón

tu amor/tú me llegas al alma

Any of these will do for Spain (I am from Spain)
