¿Cuánto tiempo tenías en España? = How much (spare/free) time did you have in Spain?
¿Cuánto tiempo llevas en España? = How long have you been in Spain?
¿Cuánto tiempo llevas tenías en España? = wrong

So I should say Cuanto tiempo tenías llevas en Espana?
