My sentiments exactly..... translating this...

I need some assistance with this expresion. If I put My sentiments exactly, into the translator I get, Mis sentimientos exactamente. However, I was watching a movie this weekend and put up the Spanish sub-texts. It was so fast that I missed part of it. I think the translation may have been Eso mismo digo yo. Could this be right? Or did I really miss a word or words here? I know it is idiomatic, so I may have missed part of it. Thanks, Vance.

I agree with Nathaniel. "Eso mismo digo yo" sounds perfect in this context.

You could say "Estoy de acuerdo" which means, I agree. Or, "siento lo mismo" which means, I feel the same. Eso mismo digo yo sounds like the same basic idea, I don't think that you missed anything.
