Can someone help me proof read these present perfect sentences?

Question

I did all the work, I just want to make sure this is okay. I'm suppose to change these present tense statements to the present perfect changing all direct and indirect object nouns to pronouns.
1. Tú lees el periódico
Tú lo has leído

1. Nosotros vamos al médico
   Nosotros lo hemos ido

2. Uds. Preparan la sopa para ellos
   Uds. Para se la han preparado

3. Ud. Y Victor nos dan las cartas
   Ellos nos la han dado

4. Yo descubro el Nuevo Mundo
   Yo lo he descubierto

Also I'm suppose to form the sentences in the present perfect tense using the words provided and adding other words as necessary.
6. Ya/Martín y yo/hacer/torta
Martín y yo ya hemos comido la torta

1. Uds./decir verdad/siempre
   Uds. siempre han dicho el verdad

2. Yo/ volver/ país/mucha/vez
   Yo he vuelto a ese país muchas veces

3. Ella/oír/ruido/antes/un
   Esta mañana, ella ha oído un ruido

4. Tú/levantarse/tarde/todo/día
   Tú has levantado tarde de cama todo día

It might be easier to understand if you would omit the unnecessay subject pronouns.
1. Lo has leído
2. Lo hemos ido.
3. Uds. se la han preparado. (a ellos).
4. Victor y Ud. nos las han dado.
5. Lo he descubierto.
6 .Martin y yo hemos hecho la torta.
7. Uds. siempre han dicho la verdad
9. Cada vez antes de que la maquina cesó a funcionar ella ha oído un ruido extraño.
10 Te has levantado de la cama tarde todos los días.
