I still don't understand how to use lo la le que etc. I know what they mean but I don't know how to use them. Can someone help me learn how to fully understand them'

Lo que quiera.... Means what ever you want..why is lo in this sentence'

Think of lo as meaning "the thing." So, "Lo que quiera" is literally "the thing that you may want."

Or le entendemos... We understand him... Why isn't it entendemos a el..'

Again, a good textbook would help you, because it's a rather involved explanation, but "le" is necessary here. The "a él" is optional (but would have to be used in addition to the "le"), and is used only when it is necessary to clarify to whom the "le" refers.
