Maybe they're wrong(I'd be the wrong one to say), but they say it.It's almost like two seperate sentances: Oh really? Please tell me about it.

I'm with Nathanial on this one. While "Pray, do tell" is grammatically fine (pray in this sense means "I beg you"), I have never heard it. On the other hand, "Pray tell" and "Do tell" are both set phrases that are in common use.
