Aqui/Ayi Vs. Aca/Aya

I'm confused:
When native speakers refer to "here" or "there", they sometimes say, "Aqui", and other times, "Aca". Likewise, they'll either use "Ayi" or "Aya".
What are the correct usages for these words? Thanks!
