Chito
What does "Chito" mean ? Is it slang '

The first "chito" that comes to mind is an interjection to ask people to be silence, like "shush". But, as James said, please, give context.
Without any context, it's hard to answer such questions. The dictionary gives this:
chito [chee'-to]
noun
1. A piece of wood, bone, or other substance, on which the money is put in the game of chita. (m)
' Irse a chitos -> (Coll.) to lead a debauched life
Could you please give us the context'
