Question

I need to learn to write and say, "I am laid off at least Monday."; "Job security is low at Patriots" (my employer); "I have been lied to" and "Take this job and shove it".

I am laid off - Yo ha sido desempleado, a menos por los lunes. (I have been laid off - not I am laid off.)
I'm no expert. Am not certain if "sido" or "estado" should be used in this context. Maybe we'll soon hear from some who knows and knows that he/she knows.
Lo siento si Ud. ha perdido su trabajo.

Might be more days than Monday but AT LEAST Monday. Does that clarify?

I don't understand what you mean by "I am laid off at least Monday." Does it mean you have been laid off on Mondays and are not sure that it might even be more than Mondays?

1. Job security - La seguridad de empleo de la empresa "Patriots" es baja.

2. have been lied to - Me ha sido mentido. ('? Not really confident this is correct)

3. Take this job - Toma este trabajo y empujarlo.

This last is a perjorative euphemism, well understood in the U.S. as expressed in English. I have no assurance it would be equally well understood or interpreted as translated above in hispanic cultures.
