I just happened to see this post. It looks like Reynaldo is trying to translate a bad translation. I bet the document he has in Spanish has already been translated from other languaje. I would contact the manufacturer and try to get the original manual, which I suspect would be in English.

That doesn't make sense, so the best anyone can do is guess what it should have said. See again Guillermo's comment about re-translating a bad translation.

There is contact information there. You probably want to drop them an email asking for an English version of the manual.

"cernor" might be a misspelling for "cernidor". Look if it fits the context. Triquete is probably "trinquete" y entonces "desengatillar" podria ser levantar el trinquete para destrabar una rueda o engranaje.
Según lo que tu dices, entonces el manual original fue probablemente traducido del alemán al español. Pero es muy posible que el fabricante tenga un manual original en inglés en este caso.

Thank you for your assistance. You have helped me lot with the translation of the 4 phrases. However, I do not know what to do with "el cernor" and "desengatilla" I wonder which dictionary the author had used. Perhaps - the one used by Don Miguel Cervantes Saavedra (No, I'm kidding)

I had the same thought, Guillermo. The Spanish just doesn't sound right. Googling might even turn up the text in English.

However, I can't reconcile any of these words in the context of printing machine. For example, under "armario de distribucion de accoinamiento" the following are listed:
