Felíz Año Nuevo!! We are talking about things we can do to stay in shape and some of the students are asking me how to say pulls ups and push ups. I have no clue. Ayudame!!!

When I hear the word push-up I think about popsicles

Bíceps, hehe. Any word like this, taken from ancient Latin, is most likely to be identical in Modern Latin, i.e. Spanish (among others).
