The general rule is that among word pairs such as como and cómo, the interrogative word always takes the accent to distinguish it. Other common examples include dónde, qué, cuál, and quién.

The most common translation of "¿Cómo se dice...'" is "How do you say....'"

That sounds more like it would be ¿Qué se dice', but when it comes to slang who knows?

I think this phrase has other meanings also -- sort of slang maybe: "What ya mean man'", "What you say'" I hope we get a respone from a native speaker.
