"Tener presente" is an idiom that means to remember or keep in mind. We use it a lot in the context of "Remember (keep/bear in mind) that..." And that is the meaning here, as well.
I hope you're good, before anything else, merry xmas, may the Lord bless you during these xmas days and the new year, I know you thought about me during xmas eve mass, I hope you will always keep me present as I do.
You can write me back at this address, this is the address of my godson's mother.

I hope you are well. First off, merry Christmas, God bless these days of Christmas and new years, I know you were thinking of me in the Christmas Eve mass, I hope you remember me always always, like I remember you.You can answer me at this address well it is the mother of my godsonMy spanish is not the greatest(though it is getting better), and I'm not quite as sure of this one as I was of the first one. The truth is that you're supposed to try to translate these things yourself, and post what you are translating and your effort at a translation. And it can't be a machine translation either, they get a little upset about that when thy see it.
