This discussion seems to be old but I would like to give my input. In most instances "dar la media vuelta" means to turn around and walk away. In the case of the song lyrics, the guy is telling the gal that if she finds someone who can love her more than anyone (and it could be understood that 'anyone' includes him), he will turn around and walk away, pretty much saying he'll accept his defeat and go.
