I know that if you put -ito to it it became little. Evita is little Eva. But if i would say Evote would it turn me in to big Eva?

It would be "Evota" in any case, but the ending -ote/-ota is also used for derogative purposes, so it is big, but generally in a rather bulky, exaggerated or awkward way. "Besote" sounds a bit like your're going to get your cheek all sucked up by a huge kiss, but it is used affectionately in a slightly joking way, even though it is just a big kiss.

nothing dirty in your comments- actually-.
Someone could use Evote meaning as big Eva as a joke.My wife name was Blanca, I called her Blanquita but sometimes as a joke- imitating anger- I would call her Blancota.

Evita could not be interpreted that way in your case, however, since it is also used as a term of endearment.
I can think of some "big" terms that might apply, though.
