If a person gets something off their chest (confesses) to a friend - and then the friend asks that person "Do you feel better now'" how is that said in Spanish? Is it "¿Sientes mejor ahorita'"

Why is the "te" required with this sentence'

Because sentirse is an intransitive verb that means to feel a certain way physically or emotionally. Sentir is a transitive verb that means to feel something, as in "Siento el calor del sol en la cara."

Cool, thank you everyone. Why is the "te" required with this sentence?

¿Ahora, como sientes? Literally, How do you feel now?

Yours is good. I don't know if I would say ahorita, I think that ahora would be better generally speaking.
