"All Members" non-function

Question

It would appear that a there has recently been a major loss of functionality in "Members". Where (before) one could do (with some limitations) a search for members whose profile matched some criteria, one is now presented with a (virtually useless) series or pages of all members (probably in the order in which they joined). Is anyone really expected to work his way through hundreds/thousands of pages of listings to fine a person of interest'

It's "sort of" back. A number of the criteria that could before be used for searching are no longer there. However, as we say in English, "Half a loaf is better than no loaf."
