Hi and thanks in advance. It's going to South America, and to multiple recipients, hence the 3rd person.As usual I may have screwed up a lot, but what I'm most unsure of is the tenses/voices I've used. Show me the error of my ways, please

Me gustaría enviarles mis deseos por un super bueno año nuevo para todos nosotros. Hace un rato desde he tenido noticias de Eduardo y Alicia, pero sé que Graciela está preparando viajar a Cuba. Está un miembro del "jet set" ahora. Dile hola a Fidel para mi. Estoy seguro que querrá hablar contiigo. Espero que ustedes y sus familias tuvieren un año magnifico. Abrazos a todos de Los Estados Unidos,

"Estar" cannot be used with nouns, so forget about "Está un profesor", "Está un...", "Está Lazarus". Avoid the future subjunctive (tuviere), unless you know what you are doing.
