Hi, I'm writing a text message to a friend. I was only asking for a email address. My question is about the a ti, Is it grammatical correct to put the pronoun at the end of this question? Thanks.

You can't say "a ti" without saying "te" first. You have to say:
Quiero practicar escribiéndote (a ti).
The "a ti" is not necessary, and here is best if you avoid it.
