Please can s.o. correct that?

I'm trying to teach myself Spanish and I translated some sentences... can someone please look through them and correct them, so i know what are my faults''?

1. I'm looking for an apartment, which has at least 2rooms and a nice view. The apartment should be in the near of the city center and have a balcony.
   Estoy buscando una habitación que tenga por lo menos 2 cuartos y con una vista bella. La habitación tenía ser cerca de la centro de la ciudad y tenía un balcón.

2. I'm looking for a possibility to go to Buenos Aires, which isn't too expensive.
   Estoy buscando una posibilidad de viajar a Buenos Aires que no es muy costosa.

3. I'm looking for a Spanish student, who can teach me Spanish, so I can get better at it.
   Estoy buscando un estudiante español que me puede ensenar español para yo lo mejorar.

4. I need a jacket, which keeps me warm in winter and looks good too.
   Necesito una chaqueta que me puede conservar caliente en invierno y me gusta mucho tambien.

5. Since 3 weeks I go working out every morning and eating healthy.
   Desde 3 semanas estoy haciendo ejercicios cada mañana y comiendo sano

6. 3 weeks ago I read a book and bought Christmas presents.
   Hace 3 semanas he leído un libro y comprado regalos de Navidad.

7. Since January I'm studying Spanish a lot and reading Spanish books.
   Desde enero estoy estudiando español y leer libros en español mucho.

8. The father thinks he should change the school, because in the other school he would have better teachers.
   El padre cree que debería cambiar de colegio, porque en la otra escuela habría mejores profesores.

9. The mother thinks he should stay in the same school, so he could stay in his familiar surroundings.
   La madre cree que debe permanecer en la misma escuela, por lo que podría permanecer en su entorno familiar.

10. The son is sick of learning and wants to do something else, because he doesn't like school at all.
    El hijo está harto de estudiar y quiere hacer otra cosa, porque no le gusta colegio.

I understand that tenga is the subjunctive, but why would you use the subjunctive in the first one'

I think that you are doing a good job if you are just trying to teach yourself, but it looks like you are getting confused with the tenses. This is how I would say it:

1. Estoy buscando un apartamento (pensión) que tiene por lo menos 2 cuartos y una vista buena. El apartamento (pensión) debe estar cerca al centro de la ciudad y tener un balcón.

2. Estoy esperando (waiting for - hoping for) una posibilidad de viajar a Buenos Aires que no sea muy caro.

3. Estoy buscando por un estudiante español (latino), que me puede enseñar para que pueda mejorar. - Why would you be looking for a student if you are going to be taught by them?

4. Necesito una chaqueta que me mantenga caliente en el invierno y que es del último modo (fashionable) también.

5. Hace tres semanas ya que hago ejercicios cada mañana y como sano.

6. Hace tres semanas que leí (leía) un libro y compré (compraba) regalos de la navidad. Herer the translation might be different depending on if you mean three weeks exactly or roughly three weeks ago. I wrote it as if it were three weeks ago exactly.

7. Desde enero estoy estudiando español mucho además de leer libros españoles. It could be libros de español if you mean books written in Spanish as opposed to books written in Spain, although, I think that you do mean Spanish text books.

8. El padre piensa que debe cambiar de escuela porque con la otra tendría mejores maestros/profesores.

9. La madre cree que debe quedar en la misma escuela para seguir con un etorno conocido.

10. El hijo se cansa de estudiar y quiere hacer algo diferente, porque no le gusta estudiar para nada.

Just as with any language, what one person may say is differente from what someone else would say because of the way that they speak and think. So, I think that you have a fairly good vocabulary, however I think that the tenses are off in some sentences. I am not an expert at Spanish and I have some learning to do too. I think that the best thing for you is practical application, find someone esle who speaks Spanish fluently and start talking to them, most people are very happy and wililng to help.
