Man: Estoy seguro (de que...)
Woman: Estoy segura (de que...)
"Impersonal": (Es) Seguro que vienen hoy.

If you are asking him a question sounds correct
sounds awkward in English. How do you tell someone what they are feeling?
one of the other contexts of seguro is "safe".
In that context or (reassuring him) sounds correct.
You're handling the concordance correctly which is what I think you are really asking.
