if someone could edit the following phrases (in context for a speaking activity on health), I would greatly appreciate it:

Well, remember, if you think that you have the flu or if your condition gets worse, talk to a doctor.

Bueno, recuerde, si crees que tener la gripe o si tu condición empeora, habla con un doctor.

Listen to me. For hiccups, take care of yourself in your house and follow my advice. I have given you the facts regarding your ailments and you will be able to take care of yourself with ease.

Escúchame. Para los hipos, cuídate en tu casa y sigue mi consejo. Yo he dicho los hechos con respecto a tu enfermedad y puedes cuidarte en tu casa con facilidad.

I think médico is the usual word for a medical doctor.

I think you could say: Te he informado de los hechos sobre tu enfermedad . . .

How about: Te he dicho los hechos con respeto a tu enfermedad y puedes cuidarte en tu casa con facilidad. But everything is good and this may just be nitpicking a bit!! Eres un hablante advanzado!
