if someone could edit the following phrases (in context for a speaking activity on health), I would greatly appreciate it:

I think médico is the usual word for a medical doctor.
I think you could say: Te he informado de los hechos sobre tu enfermedad . . .

How about: Te he dicho los hechos con respeto a tu enfermedad y puedes cuidarte en tu casa con facilidad. But everything is good and this may just be nitpicking a bit!! Eres un hablante advanzado!
