is it correct to say " no se" or " no lo se" , when i want to say i don't know'

Yes Daniel, and it should be "conjurgations. Go to the conjugations tab at the top of the page, then type in "saber" and you will see the first person present indicative is "yo sé"

It is more common to hear the latter. But it is said both ways.

No sé.= I don't know.

No lo sé. = I don't know it.
