Hola Casimiro:
We use pedir for citas.

"Puede que" just means "may," indicating possibility. "Volver a hacer algo" just means doing it again. It doesn't necessarily mean that the person will have to return to the office.
Gracias, James por tu respuesta.
Me diste la explicación útil. La he escrito en mi nota.

Hi James,
I didn't get the last part of your sentence.
Puede que tenga que volver a programarla
Is the translation "can you (usted) that you may have to come back to schedule it"?
Does "come back to schedule" mean "rescedule"? It doesn't sound correct to express it.
I am just curious.
Thank you,
Marco
