maryam, the connotation of the word changes depending on what country you are in. Like Quentin said, search the forum for "mamacita."

The gender of a word may have nothing do with sex. Some words that always refer to a male (el hombre) are masculine as (la mujer) would be feminine. If you're using mamacita in the context of a "hot" young woman, then I suppose you could call this the masculine form of the word.
