Look here, they say Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo.

Keep in mind that "Equal Opportunity Employer" is basically legalese used in the U.S. If your company is going international, you need to consider the laws and expectations of the other countries where you'll be working. Just translating the phrase might not be adequate. My advice: hire a professional translator.

This is not a professional translation site and as the document is meant to be formal, it may well be that you need the expertise of a professional translator to look at the whole document. There are fluent Spanish speakers here who can give you the phrases you need, however, their content meaning may vary when applied to your documnet.
