i heard it from a friend from spain and i believe it means like (thats it) or something similar,
any one would like to give more details about this word (where did it come from? and is it used only in spain or everywhere else')

Your definition of "¡Hala!" in Guatemala sounds to me like a fairly accurate of "¡Hala!" in Spain. If I had to write a Spanish dictionary (from Spain) in English, I'd have seriously considered your words as a serious definition.

The site dictionary has the "come on" meaning flagged as peninsular Spanish . . . for whatever that's worth . . .

¡hala! -> come on!; (para daránimo, prisa) (peninsular Spanish) no!, you're joking!; (para expresar incredulidad) wow! (para expresar admiración, sorpresa)

It is also something like : Oh my god!!

Pero también en el sentido de "toma ya": That's it...you have said enough, I don't' want to go on talking...hmmmm difficult to find a proper word or expression.
