el primero, no se que es " rubias", y veo esta noticia sobre actrices de Hollywood, pero no estoy segura el significado, la noticia dice:

Estas actrices rompen el estereotipo de que las rubias son tontas. Han demostrado que además de bellas tienen talento, han sabido hacerse de un nombre dentro de la industria cinematográfica y por si fuera poco, han conseguido ¡contratos millonarios!

Primeramente se debe explicar que "rubia" es femenino de "rubio" y la palabra quiere decir "blonde"(hair) en Inglés. En idioma Inglés, en vez de decir "a lady with blonde hair" es normal decir simplemente - "a blonde". Se debe tambien explicar que, en idioma Inglés hay muchas bromeas sobre la estupidez de "blondes". Si buscas "blonde jokes" en Google encontraras muchas.
