Fresia. It's a female noun. So the plural is "las fresias"

Here is the link to the Wikipedia article in Spanish: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freesia
FYI I've found countless articles in Spanish by first submitting the query to Wikipedia in English, waiting for the result page to load and then clicking on the "Espanol" link on the left hand side of the page. If there is an equivalent article in Spanish, it will load. The interesting thing about this is that the Spanish articles are often very different from their English equivalents. I've found this to be true especially with regard to botanical articles. A lot of the folk medicine concerning several plants can be found in the Spanish articles with no mention of these properties in the English ones.
Just look for images in google. Keword "fresia". You will get thousands.
Wikipedia says that "freesia" is the genus name, so you might need to get more specific or just take a couple pictures with you.
Mz Badger,
Don't know how to say it but it is one of my favourites - and - they are out at my place at the moment!
