aproximadamente = approximately
You could say:
España tiene una población de unas 50 millones.
La población de España (note spelling and capitalization) es aproximadamente 50 millones.
Note that the word millones is pronounced mee-YONE-ehs, not meel-ee-OWN-ehs.
