What is there behind? Or in more usual English What is behind this?
as in what is the motive , reason , cause... behind something
note the omission of the accent mark on detrás

That is precisely why context is always asked for. The meaning of the words will depend on the context. A literal translation (word for word) may be meaningless or misleading. We need the song lyrics.
