Its a type of forest or landscape I think, but does anyone know what it means? I am buying land in Costa Rica and they said the property has "5 hectareas of Tacotal y 20ha de llano"
Anyone know or have educated guesses as to what Tacotal is?

Comprende aquellas áreas que presentan una cobertura vegetal continua, con una altura promedio de 10 metros; cuyo origen se debe al crecimiento posterior a la tala del bosque de especies secundarias.
It is a green area of growths about 10 metres high, the origin of this is the growth after the felling of trees.
