Maybe: In this prision minors do activities of working, education, sport, recreation, painting, theatre, and they also receive psychological and medic atention among others.

In this prison, minors do a variety of activities that are educational, work-related, sports-related and recreational such as drawing, painting, playing the guitar, theater and horticulture. They also receive psychological and medical attention among other treatments.

( I know I rearranged the activities... to me "educational activities" works, but I can't seem to come up with a natural-sounding way to say "activities laborales" or "activities deportivas" with the word "activity"... so I moved those two. )
Anyway that's my attempt... can't wait to see what others say...
