How do i add people to my friend list? and how do I accept friend requests'

For example, I clicked on your name ("Shelly") in the discussion, which took me to your page. Underneath your (blank) photo, I see this:

12, Female
Total Points: 1009
Weekly Points: 278
Add as friend

You should see something like this, too.

But There isn't a "add as friend" tab underneath their photo. :(

To add a person as a friend, click the "Add as friend" link underneath his or her profile picture.
To accept a friend request, go to the friends page. You can get to it like this. At the very top of the site there are three little tabs. The last one is for friends (it has a little person icon on it). Click on that and then you can accept friend requests.
