can anyone recommend a good, but compact medical english to spanish dictionary? It must have the body systems, muscle, etc.

The Mosby one is quite comprehensive, although it has a few minor mistakes.

Look also for tabers dictionary in english/spanish
I would try the top two first.
Have never had to use but these both look pretty good!
