hotel cancellation policy translation

I'm in the process of booking a hotel in Spain and wanted to make sure I'm translating the cancellation policy correctly:

We can cancel the reservation 15 days before without charge.
We can cancel the reservation 7 days before, but will be charged for the first night's stay.
Within 7 days of the reservation, we will be charged for the whole stay if we cancel.

Thanks for your help!

If you are booking cancellation 15 days before the reservation date without penalty. 7 days before booking date, charge the first night stay. After 7 days of reservation date, will you be charged for the full stay.

This is the exact meaning....
